Chronic back pain affects so much more than just your posture.


In fact, low back pain which can be associated with postural weakness and distortion may cause a global whole body effect on your ability to function and move well.


Studies have shown that a person with chronic low back pain had 5–11% less neocortical grey

matter (brain tissue) on MRI scans.


For reference 5-11% less neocortical grey matter is equivalent to 10 to 20 years of normal aging. Wow!


This means that low back pain can actually cause your brain to shrink and contribute to premature aging…


Your body is an

adaptation machine.

If you don’t move your muscles, your body will adapt.


If you don’t prioritize your posture, your body will adapt.


If you don’t take care of your bones, your body will adapt.

Scott is a serial entrepreneur, well travelled international speaker and author, and has worked as a chiropractor for seventeen years. He is married to his wife Maia and they have a daughter, Aurora.


Scott currently runs a very successful practice in the Gold Coast of Australia. His clients have included Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil, country music star Adam Brand, actor and former European soccer star Vinnie Jones, and the Adelaide Crows AFL team.


Over his time in practice he has seen and coached literally 1000’s of clients to better posture, better health and peak performance. He is a certified posture coach and developed a very successful posture workshop for his clients. He has spoken at numerous conferences and seminars in Australia, the United States, Canada and New Zealand.


Canadian-born Scott is an avid traveller, having also spent time in France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland, Spain, Vanuatu, Fiji, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia.


He has been an expert contributor on health-related topics in Men’s Fitness magazine, as well being interviewed on a variety of podcasts to share his extensive knowledge on health, fitness and vitality.
